Need help choosing LED monitor

All 3 appear to be TN monitors. What would be your max budget @bayonet14? I could probably find you some better IPS monitors than those TN panel based ones.

I've narrowed everyting down to availability, location and price. So I have to choose between those 3. I also want to know if it's worth it to transition to 1080p since the monitor I'm planning to buy is 21.5-22 inches from my current 20inch monitor.(small difference) My specs are i3 4130(gonna get i5 in the future), R7 260X, 8GB RAM
