best cpu/mobo/ram for $2*0?

What is the best set of these for $2*0? Right now this is what I have: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/bBM9NG but I am making checking if ltt has any suggestions.

Looks good, I would personally spend a few more to get an unlocked intel chip and a Z board to overclock, but other than that I would say go for it :)

That really isn't cheap, it costs an extra $73 with the cpu and motherboard so it isn't an option.
