Video Grabber is only black/white!

So I bought a composite video grabber to digitalize my parents' vhs collection.

It worked fine for a few videos but now suddenly the video is only black/white.

I am using the LogiLink VG001 Video/Audio Grabber with the Debut cinema Software and Windows7.

Any help is appreciated!

Maybe you changed the output on the player accidentally to YPrPb or S-Video and now you are only recording the luma channel.
