Does some know a good IPS monitor that has a small bezel and can be wall mounted on the wall

I have a LG 23MP65HQ-P, the bezel is small, but a bit larger than presented on their website.

The ASUS PB series isn't too bad. At least it's even all away around, and is matte plastic. Good monitor and excellent image.
