What TV to buy?

Hi everyone! I'm looking for your opinions on the best 25-30inch TV for under $500 US dollars. It needs to have 2 HDMI ports, have optical audio out, be at least 60hz, and be 1080p. I honestly don't need a smart TV I have 2 and I never use it, so don't suggest one based off that. It will be going in my bedroom if that helps narrow down the panel type. I'd be using it with my chromecast and tivo box so no gaming.

Try to find a plasma tv, they have the best response times, and have beautiful displays
