Overclocking The 7970 sapphire oc model

I am trying to overclock my 7970 and it seems to have a locked voltage of 1.2 mV so i can't go higher than 1150 mHz.

Is it worth unlocking the voltage (if so how) or should i stay with this 1150 mHz stable overclock?

Not worth voiding your warrenty on an air cooler. Only unlock the voltage if you plan to go water cooling. How? You need a custom bios to overwrite. Stay with the 1150 mhz OC.
