Need help with CPU

So, very long story short; Got a new Althon 860k, dropped it, tried to install it and it didnt work, brought in it in best buy and they told me to return it for a new one, did that, come home and updated bios and now im wondering if I should try to install the CPU again or just let best buy do it again?

It's really not that hard. If they are no charge and do it quickly then I guess so.

But if you have to pay, do it yourself.

Just do it yourself, you litterally push it in and close the latch :P

Dont Push it at all just drop it in, match the triangles etc.

Have you watched any tutorials on putting the CPU on the socket? Highly suggest it
