Corsair Hydro H55 mounting hardware conundrum...

Arcmanov

LTT... I have a problem.

Went to install a H55 kit I got for free when I purchased a mobo and processor from someone (yeah, he was a gracious lad  :) ),

Only to realize that the little silver 'grommets' are missing from the Intel backplate, so I cannot mount the cooler bracket.

Turns out the mounting screws for the 115x sockets are missing as well (the previous owner used it on a LGA2011).

My question is...

Does the mounting hardware for the H50 work on the H55?

I ask this because Corsair recently made the mounting hardware for the H50 available... http://www.corsair.com/en/hydro-series-retention-bracket-kit-for-hydro-series-h40-h50-and-h70-rev-2

...and I can get it on Amazon... http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HVVSNFA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Also...

If anyone has purchased this kit before, can you detail exactly what's in it?  Because I need all the other mounting screws as well.

I'd like to know before I buy it.

Try emailing corsair about it

One day I will have my GTX 970. One day. PC specs are at my profile.

Have you considered using the H55 on a GPU in conjunction with an NZXT G10 Bracket? No mounting hardware required except the G10, and the largest expenditure (H55) is already covered. All you would need to buy is the G10. Its not required, but I do recommend some tiny aluminum Heatsinks for the VRAM and VRMs. Very inexpensive, $6 and you get great performance and peace of mind.

Nah, my GPUs are fine.

As for emailing Corsair...would you believe I didn't think of that? (derp  )
