Gaming NES

JAW96

So buddy for mine had the idea of gutting a broken NES (3.5in H, 10in W, 8.5in D) and turning it into a mini gaming PC for all the lols, and this is what I came up with http://pcpartpicker.com/user/jakenator96/saved/WCMypg .  thing that is bothering me is what to do for the powers supply I chose a FM so if need I can just have it separate and plug the cables in when it is setup, but I have a little room to spare on the inside and I was wondering if anyone had other ideas?

MoBo: 970A-D3P CPU: FX-8350 GPU: HD 7950 PSU: 1000watt RAM:8Gb of G,skill 1600

Why don't you use a pentium G3258 + a r9 285 itx from sapphire, instead of the APU?

I would suggest a pico psu, but you could fit a server psu in the nes with a itx board seen it done a lot. the only thing i don't like about the 7850k is the heat if i can remember right its a 100w tdp maybe some undervolting and a good cooling solution . I have a nes build going on here on LTT you can check it out here. http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/234249-nes-build-1985-2015-30th-anniversary-nes-30/#entry3201465 .any other question feel free to ask. good luck on your build!
