I lost one of the Expansion Slot Cover's for back of my pc (Dont ask). My question is will any one  fit or are there different sizes for different cases or are they all the same?

What i think im buying.

Those will fit, but there is nothing wrong with leaving some slots open.

There are only two sizes: Full and half.

The one that most PC cases use is full, just like the ones you linked.

So yes, those will work.

You can also leave it open if you dont want to spend money covering it up.

They're all the same. That's how different graphics cards fit in different cases.

No it will not hurt anything. It is perfectly fine to remove all your covers if you wanted, but most people keep them in place for looks.

You case isn't really pressurized in a way that a leak will cause a huge change in airflow. All my slots are open...

It shouldn't interfere with airflow.

A lot of new computer cases these days (including my older HAF 932) have vented expansion slot covers.

IMO, if your card exhausts out the back (i.e. blower cooler), it would probably benefit you more with vented (or open) slot covers.
