Gaming Keyboard

rdeng2614

I was wondering what kind of gaming keyboard would be right for me?

I don't really care for lighting, macro keys stuff like that, not really a bonus for me as I never game in the dark and I don't really use the customization keys that much.

I guess I want Cherry MX Browns but I only know the Blues, Blacks, Reds and Browns. What's the difference with the Browns and the other random kinds of switches such as Greens and Whites?

Budget: I can probably afford most of the mechanical keyboards out there.

Mainly a good, solid keyboard.

Thanks

Just to confirm. Brown is the kind of switches that are tactile but don't make that much sound?

Also, are Browns easy to press (as in it's easy to click twice) or are they hard to press as in it requires some force to push them?

Thanks
