Can't get Nvidia Shield Tablet to Stream Over Internet

I have had a tablet since around september but ive never used it over internet out of the house and ive found it doesnt seem to work for me.

Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone have a solution or something dumb maybe that ive overlooked?

I think your router is blocking a certain port or upnp is disabled.

Log in to your router and check the settings
