Dell U2713HM vs BenQ BL2710PT?

felixthemaster1

I'm looking for a nice slim monitor with thin bezels but no one seems to have suggested me any so I assume there aren't any good 1440p monitors that's thin/narrow bezeled. If there isn't, I like these two, but can't choose between them. What do you think?

I am leaning towards BenQ because of the thinner bezels and the Dell one looks like it belongs in an office not my gaming rig. The BenQ seems to have speakers, and I don't need them. Are there cheaper version without a speaker? I will not be using HDMI cable for this monitor, only a DP.

It seems like these monitors with the boring looks and thick panels are "professional". And to my short research, it seems like there aren't any good alternatives since the good looking ones are cheap products (low quality).

The new Dell u2715h has 8 mm bezels so maybe you should check it out. There aren't a lot of reviews on them yet though but I hear they're using the same panel as the 2713hm.

This one? It looks swish, a bit pricy. I hope I can afford it, if not I think I'll go with the BenQ in January.

Was this released this month? How come there aren't many reviews?

I believe it was released recently that's why there aren't many reviews yet. It's the one I want but it is pricey haha. I'm all about the slim bezels.
