need help with S-off on HTC one m8...

Hi guys...

 

 

 

I'm running out of ideas, again. I've been trying to get the S-Off on my m8, but nothing works.

I've tried so far:

- Firewater say the good old "whelp, this sucks, firewater can not work on your device"

- revone

and I refuse to pay 25 bucks to some random dude on the internet so sunshine is out of the question

 

dev stats asf:
one m8 running cm 11, rooted, and the HBOOT ver. is 3.16 (is it posible to downgrade HBOOT?)

s-on(obviously)

Tbh s-off isn't needed I less you want to change the splash screen.
