Mobo with least noise on audio canals

Hi, I have just a small question.

Do you know of any mobo with LGA775/FM2/FM2+ socket with good onboard audio system, which doesn't have much noise gain?
It'd be even better if it had at least 1 SATA3 input, and was smaller than ATX, but I guess the size doesn't matter. (that's what she said)

lga 775 is a rest socket not an insertion based socket in lga 775 pins are on mobo on fm2 they are on cpu so not intercompatible in any way
