How to turn off non-HD channels on Samsung smart tv?

Hello everyone,

 

So we recently bought a new Samsung UE40H6200, And the quality was really bad (worse then our old kinescopic TV), so we bought digital card (the one that you insert into the back of TV), but nothing changed, then I searched for a few of HD channels, they were crystal clear, maybe there is a way that we could filter non-HD channels? My friend has some kind of LG Smart tv, but our local channels are crystal clear for him, for us it is not the case. Maybe someone could help, thank you in advance :)
