Is the EVGA 750 G2 good enough for a 4790k overclocked gtx 770, 2 ssds, 2x2tb hdds, Asus disc drive, 7 case fans?

I'm debating on selling my 770 for a 970 or just wait until the next Nvidia cards release.

It's overkill actually but it gives more than enough space for SLI 770

Overkill really? I figured it's a good deal because I can get it for $119 with shipping and tax
