How to pull more heat away from GPU?

Alurior

I have a gtx760 asus reclocked card, which si normally pretty tepid (mostly less than 75). But when I play crisis and witcher 2, it heats up to 82, and as I am in a small room, it makes it very hot. As the title says, how do I get the card cooler and the overall case temp lower?

I have a very good cpu cooler (its not got hotter than 60 at full load), so I have no need for one of those.

To beat the DCUII cooler you need a kraken G10 + Corsair H80i or a custom loop, both of which void the warranty if they noticed you did this when you RMA the card

RIG: I7-4790k @ 4.5GHz | MSI Z97S SLI Plus | 12GB Geil Dragon RAM 1333MHz | Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970 (1550MHz core/7800MHz memory) @ +18mV(Maxed out at 1650/7800 so far) | Corsair RM750 | Samsung 840 EVO 120GB, 1TB Seagate Barracuda | Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 (Closed) | Sound Blaster Z                                                                                                                        Getting: Noctua NH-D15 | Possible 250GB Samsung 850 Evo                                                                                        Need a console killer that actually shits on every console? Here you go (No MIR/Promo)

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

Downclock, or room air conditioning...

Getting a better cooler will just dump the heat into your room faster...

would better case fans do anything? Atm I have some noname 120 something case fan, and a smaller one which came with the case. big one is intake, small one is outtake. CPU cooler is a giant radiator with a fan

Better airflow in your case will help with the temps of your components. That said, 82C? That's pretty normal. If you're worried about room heat maybe look at making sure your room is ventilated. Lets face it even a very power efficient computer is drawing 350W+ from the wall, most of that is exhausted out the back as heat.

Which case we are talking about? Since you are using DUII, hot air is moving away from card itself. For getting more fresh air to it in first place, you need more cooling either to front or to bottom/side. Side fan can also be used as exhaust if you want cool the room instead of card. Also adding exhaust will make thing inside case cooler.
