Computer keeps restarting without warning, have checked MB and PS

Alright so I found out what was wrong so I'm just updating this so if anyone runs into the same issues they might find my post useful, so I had done some rather stupid cable management and I was stressing the power cable that goes in for the motherboard. I relieved the stress by giving it more room and my computer hasn't restarted since. So anyone out there having the same issues please rethink your cable management and give the power cables to certain components more room to freely go into the sockets they correspond to. to. Everyone have a good day!

So I recently finished my build and I keep having issues with it restarting, I have had Speccy running and it doesn't seem to be an issue with over heating. It happens when i'm gaming or just whenever the computer is just on. I checked all the connections and everything seems okay. The one thing I keep noticing though is that whenever I unplug the motherboard power cable then plug in back in it seems to bounce back like nothing ever happened. I'm starting to thing it's either the motherboard (something wrong with the motherboard cables) or the power supply itself.

I'm running an i5 4670k @ 3.40, 16gb of duel channel ddr3 memory at 1600, motherboard gigabyte b85-hd3, an Nvidia geforce gtx 760, and NZXT HALE82 V2 700W 700W ATX 12V V2.31 & EPS 12V V2.92 SLI CrossFire 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Full Modular power supply.

Any help would be appreciated, I'm still thinking about getting a better motherboard because I do want to overclock and this board doesn't really meet my needs.

But I want to have a working computer before then.

Thank you for all your help in advance

Yeah I have it doesn't get hot at all this happens when the computer is on and even when just idle, the temps never even get near over heating status

i have had issues with the motherboard connectors before, try nudging them(the cables)  when the system is on and see if that turns it off.
