Unfortunately it doesn't use Cherry switches.

I bought my Thermaltake TTesports Kale switch with browns...I have a friend that bought the Corsair k95 rgb with brown cherry Mx switches.........There is no way in hell you will ever tell the difference! (unless you nerd-rage and curb stomp the keyboard, then it might break)

The reviews say that the customization of the colors are very limited... ie only show one color at a time.

It's not RGB it's only Red and Blue LEDs.

Apparently there'll be a software update coming soon to fix that, alongside hopefully a bit more customization similar to the Corsair RGB series.

It's still a steal at $80, though.  I wouldn't get it since it's TKL, however.

The issue is that no one really knows how good or long lasting Kailh switches are.. they're new and untested. Cherry MX have stood the test of time. We shall see.

 

Personally, I'll stick with Cherry MX as most companies have been buying cheaper Kailh and not passing the savings on to customers (I'm looking at you Razer)
