I have an IKEA backpack. It has padding in every part of the backpack, a hard shell, a thick inner lining. And a water resistant coating.

I keep 2 tablets and a laptop in it daily, it is very sturdy and keeps all the tech stuff safe and dry.

It think it was like $60 but on sale for $35. It also has easy zippers for locks.

I don't know. I fit 3 .5" binders in it and 3 .25" notebooks. They fit with 2 thick tablets with keyboard covers and my Sony VAIO FIT.

I also have a lunchbox and a beefy calculator.

Depends if your workload compares to mine.

It was raining very hard today actually and my stuff was perfectly fine, and I was standing in the rain for like 10 mins.

It's a pretty good backpack. If you cannot get this one, I would try high serria, though they are not as good, they are still a nice choice. (And sold online!)
