Long boot time and disk usage 100%

Hello!

Yesterday, my pc has been acting up. The boot time is so slow and when it's done booting, the startup takes a long time to load. The disk usage is always 100% but when I go to safe mode, the speed is back to normal. I tried using system restore but it's stuck at iniatializing for 2 hours.

Sometimes, it doesnt even boot and just get stuck at a black screen.

What do I do?

I just bought it a year ago.

If so, how can i get the files from the hard drive?

what are your startup items? Show us your task manager, system tray, and add/remove list.
