If you are in the USA then you can watch the latest episodes here - http://www.cwtv.com/shows/arrow - or watch the previous seasons on Netflix.  

Watching them anywhere else is illegal.


EDIT:  Its legal if its a site like Amazon Instant Video, Netflix, Hulu, Youtube (some are legal), and also the creators/network can put shows on their own sites to watch.

So... Hulu is illegal now, great to know! (I'm jk.)

Forgot about Amazon Instant video. I have never used Hulu as it is for USA and I am in the UK, I don't even know what shows they have on it.
