What to trust? MOBO or Software?

So all temp monitoring programs show that when gaming my cpu temp goes up to 46*C(Yes i am buying a new cooler soon) BUT Asrock extreme tuning utility that is like a mobo gui but in windows ( you can do all things as in your mobo) shows its 56*c - 10*C higher. Wich to trust?

CPU: AMD FX 8350 | GPU: AMD R9 270 Windforce | MOBO: ASRock 990FX Extreme 3 | RAM: Kingston HyperX 8GB | Case: X Predator X1 |CPU COOLER: Hyper T4
