Acer XB280HK Vs. ASUS ROG SWIFT PG278Q

The acer one provide 4K display and almost same specs as swift at incredibly same price! But,is it worth it to buy XB280HK if one has 2 980 windforce? What FPS to expect on coming demanding titles and current titles? Is it worth it to consider the acer monitor just because of 4k? But the rog swift offers more fluid gameplay with its 144Hz refresh rate.

But the acer monitor has same 1ms response time.It only differs in refresh rate.
