My Beloved E4300 Has Died...

Jack.EXE

Farewell, Dell Lattitude E4300.

We have lived through 4 different OSes together, and 3 Separate upgrades.

But the time has come now that you have stopped recognizing hard drives.

I will always have fond memories, when I played my first PC game on you.

I will have fond memories of those summers wasted, playing Star Wars Battlefront.

You introduced me to linux, to Ubuntu and Fedora.

You have introduced me to SSDs, with the Corsair F60 upgrade I had given you.

You have served me since 2007, when my dad gave you to me, you were his old work laptop.

And now? You have... Died...

I just powered it off an hour ago, it was running fine.

now? two bios beeps, then nothing.

This happened before on my HP Compaq book, is there anywhere that you could do to boot up? Hard Reset? Re plugging the Charger? Re plug SSD? Re seat RAM(also clean it too)? Remove battery and plug again?

It boots, just doesn't recognize any drives.

Watch out for each other. Love everyone and forgive everyone, including yourself. Forgive your anger, forgive your guilt. Your shame. Your sadness. Embrace and open up your love, your joy, your truth, and most especially your heart.
