As the title says.It gets to about 38% than stops than jumps to 100% and says operation could not be completed with the number 800283FO and restarts. The external drive I'm using was formatted in fat32 and than used as a backup from the playstation, that went fine took 4 hours than I went to restore to a 500 gb seagate harddrive formatted in ntsf that was inserted into the ps3 with software 4.66,went to restore and got to 38 percent 3 times and did the same thing.

You should probably restore using the same external hard drive you used to back it up the Fat32 one.

NEVER GIVE UP. NEVER STOP LEARNING. DONT LET THE PAST HURT YOU. YOU CAN DOOOOO IT
