Pandora on Android from the UK

Hey everyone, so on my PC I use Pandora for music streaming, but I know it's not available in UK.

 

I've got my Oneplus One on its way, would it be possible to use a proxy type thingy (not sure the right word, I use Zenmate and Media Hint for instance on my desktop for it) to let me listen to Pandora on my phone via 3G/4G?

 

If so, how can I do this?
