can you connect multiple aio's together?

ok so i didnt really think my cooling solution threw very well but i have 2 kraken x41's for my 2 r290x's and an h80i for my cpu. im get great temps on my gpus and my cpu is mediocre temps but im wondering if i could leave all the aio pump block combos where they are and just cut the tubes and do some shenanigans to connect them all into one single loop. would it make a difference in temps or will having 3 pumps on one loop be to difficult to manage? im just wondering since i dont feel like buying all new custom stuff and this seemed like an interesting project idea.

No, that's what a custom loop is for, and why your AIOs are called CLCs, closed loop coolers.

yeah i know but i don't see any reason you couldn't do this aside from multiple pumps running at different speeds causing and issue.

Not all AIOs are closed loop though (H220/H220X come to mind).

Not all AIOs are closed loop though (H220/H220X come to mind).

Well something like one of the Swiftechs is expandable if I remember correctly, and technically it's an AIO. But on like on 99% it's called an AIO for a reason.

AIO = All in one, to make a loop you need 1 x rad -> 1x pump -> 1x cpu/gpu block -> 1x res then hose to connect them up so technically they're all AIO's.  ;)

so technicly if i was lazy and wanted to be cheap i could cut the hoses and get a small res and some decent fittings to connect to the stubs of the hoses i leave on i could connect them all and make things look a bit cleaner and have a slightly uniquie loop. but i dont think it will be reall all that worth it anymore. since i dont have windows on my case so having it clean looking isnt an issue to me but i was just curious if it was a thereticaly possible idea. for those who invest in stock AIO's and then want to go full custom if this would end up being a cheaper route then buying all new blocks and rads and all the other stuff too...

seems like a lot of you feel this is a stupid idea so ill just end this here.. ciao ciao..

The reason it is daft is you want to fit several things to several parts when you could easily just make a cheap custom loop with some 2nd hand parts and decent tubing, then when you move to another build you can re use those parts with minimal messing around. You essentially want to make a custom loop the complicated way lol. You can pick up plenty of rads 2nd hand on ebay or other, clean them etc and use some decent tubing or that black tubing (forget what it's called something like polyurethne?) use barb fittings with zip ties etc blah blah blah, just my opinion but a custom loop makes more sense and I've seen some failed AIO units that really puts me off buying one ever.
