Good, cheap CPU cooler?

So I am in need of a decent pre-filled cpu cooler.  I'd like the best bang for the buck, for the least bucks, and it needs to be compatible with FM2/FM2+ sockets.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

My life is consumed by CS:GO, even though I'm not exceptionally good at it.

In order of priority: GTX 970 Strix, 2 good 1080p monitors, i5 4690k, MSI Z97 Gaming 5 LGA 1150, a job

Does it have to be a CLC? The budget ones aren't that great

An air cooler will smack budget AIOs around. Unless there is a size restraint, I wouldn't bother.

The CM Seidon 120V is a pretty good option.

Nvidia is to Dr Dre Beets as AMD is to KFC.

One makes you broke, the other you can get more of and have a midnight snack from the fridge when hungry again. Once you go Nvidia, you go broked, turn into an Elitist, or get the incorrect amount of VRAM.

but if you must have an AIO, have a look at Deepcool Maelstorm line-up, they were pretty cheap in here, cheapest one I can get is 120mm rad at US$42
