AC: Unity , really ubisoft ? how could you miss that ....

So i was going through some you tube vids and i found this , apparently people are fixing AC :unity frame rate problems by turning of their internet and playing it off line

I cant test it as i dont have AC :unity , can any verify this as true ?

 

All i have to say about this is : Ubisoft , if you cant figure this simple problem out you should stop making games .....
