Worlds BEST Usb Key

badcable
Android%20Info-720x480.jpg

Check out this charging key. It features a 3.1a charging which i didn't believe at first but when i was testing the product out the short length made it viable for its claim. I've had this cable for the past 2 months, i work out doors so this key has been abused by the weather(Rain, long sun exposures), also since its on the key chain along with my work keys its been thrown around stepped on and bent. Still works like new besides minor scratches. Saved me countless times when my nexus 5 ran out of juice halfway through my day. i could plug it into anything with a usb port, you will literally have a USB radar once you buy it. I noticed USBs everywhere like my router, TV , walls, cashier drawers, car and many other weird products. It is amazing when used with my battery pack, i could put both the phone and the battery in my pocket without wires sticking out.

And they have a lightning version too, nice.

Thanks OP! looks like something I'll have to look into.

That 20% discount is a nice touch  :)

edit: is the middle part bendable?

Nomad makes a similar product that has the ability to be bent/twisted. Not a huge deal breaker, just something that might come in useful

I think this thread belongs more in member reviews then tech news and reviews mate.

Also, the name badcable and the endorsement of a single site makes this post look like an advertisement, which as far as i'm aware doesn't belong anywhere near this section.

EDIT: Ninja'd by a mod

Everything said by me is my humble opinion and nothing more, unless otherwise stated.

"badcable" and "only" 14 posts, yeah i hear ya... Though, it's practical, for the price? eBay's calling me, got to go.

Don't get me wrong, 20% discount and it's a 3.1a "certified" cable, but still.

You pay for what you get, theres a reason why mine still works like new after continious abuse. Also has certified 3.1 a charging which wont destroy ur charging port like that cheap cable you linked, which in repairs will cost you 10x+ that amount.

Nothing charges over USB at anywhere near 3.1A, so this is just marketing wank.

A cable's max current rating doesn't affect the port at all.

XDA has exactly the same original post though. Plus a USB cable cannot give 3.1A charge. Max they do is 2A even though 5A is specified.

I think that the 5 amps is the amount of current that the connector will last; I don't think that the cable has any problems delivering that amount
