I would personally go for the Hyper 212. You can overclock with this cooler as it is. You can buy aftermarket fans to squeeze a bit more performance from it (not sure if they include mounting hardware for other fans, so check that).  I don't find the H80i a good choice as its expensive for the performance that you get from it.

If you want a water cooler for aesthetics, find a dual 120mm rad as they are not that much more from the price that you are currently looking at and have a much better performance.

Personally I would go with whatever 120MM heatsink is the least expensive. On newegg right now the 212+ is $20 after a $10 rebate. Just my two cents, a high quality 120mm fan can improve your cooling further. The 212+ seems to be the defacto choice, the price for it is right now.
