Streaming on iOS

So I have an iPhone and I want to be able to play my PC games, specifically Sleeping Dogs, on my phone. What is the best streaming app out there on iPhone that will allow me to do this? Bear in mind i would preferably like something that's free and able to stream over the internet.

Playing it on a phone would be a terrible playing experience anyway. Why do you want to do this?

To play my PC games at school. And by the way, I am going to use a MOGA as a controller so I'm not worried about input problems. I'm using the phone purely as a screen
