Recommended PSU wattage for my build.

TrulyNolan

Current build:
FX-6300 3.5GHz

Gigabyte mb 78lmt usb3

XFX R7 260X Core Edition

Kingston V300 120GB
Hitachi 5400RPM 1TB

8GB 1333 RAM

1 rear 120mm case fan (Plan on installing a second 120mm)

Currently using a cheap 700W KenTek. Looking at a 550W BitFenix Fury, not entirely sure if that'll be enough. Newegg calculator recommended 700W, but every other site recommended 500W.
Figured I'd get some advice before I pull the trigger.

550W is the minimum I'd recommend for this system... Get a 650W 80+ from a reputable brand if you want to do some overclocking...

You don't need that much wattage, but do what you want.

That's why I'm looking for other options or opinions. :P

You could probably go for a 400w.

400 watts is a higher estimate of what that will use under load. I would get a 500 watt PSU like a Corsair CX500M or go a little higher if you want a better GPU later.

|PSU Tier List /80 Plus Efficiency| PSU stuff if you need it.

I plan on upgrading to an 8350 in the future, if that changes anything, and I'm happy with my 260X since all I really play is WoW and Dota 2.
