Folding at home Good PDD?

I am new to he mining/folding industry. I found folding@home from searching on the forums. I have made a FAH account and I am now starting to fold.

Are these good PPD for my components

fx 8350(oc 4.6) estimated PPD 11,500

7970 ghz (oc 1150 clock 1550 mem) estimated PPD 143,845

I have also read online that people are doing a WU every 15 mins or less. I have been here for 4 hours and have not completed 1 WU.(need another 7 hours) What am I doing wrong?

I can't say much about the PPD, though that looks fine to me, but as far as WUs go, there are different types of WUs that take varying amounts of time. I was previously getting CPU WUs that took about 16 hours each, now I'm getting WUs that take about 2 hours (but are worth much less points). Also, you may have been hearing about people using the internet client instead of the desktop client. I've heard the internet client gives much smaller and quicker WUs, but the desktop client produces more PPD.

The 15 min WU's are only with the Chrome client - not the full FAH client.
