RAM CHOICE PLEASE HELP ASAP :D

Choony

I am now currently making a new PC, but then I realized that I forgot to purchase RAM, I have a few choices and not a whole lot of money left.

Choices
Corsair Vengeance

Corsair Vengeance Pro

Corsair Vengeance LP

Corsair Dominator Plat

I would like to know which one is better for gaming and the main differences between all of them.

Plus if I should purchase 8 or 16 GB of it

EDIT

Will not be OC these, just going with base clock speed

(Should I get 1600 or 1866?)

RAM is RAM is RAM

Buy the one you like the look of the most and move on, as far as getting 8 or 16 gigs that depends on what you do. 8 is fine for just gaming an 16 is fine if you do seriousmultitasking or run drive caching. Speed is also irrelevant unless your using the iGPU in an AMD APU.

I have 8Gb on mine and bugs down a bit because I multitask. My system is a bit old too but it does need the extra memory. I would get 16Gb of 1600Mhz of the memory that looks good to you!

Usually Vengeance or Vengeance Pro... If you have a big air cooler sticking out then Vengeance LP (low profile)... If you have money to spare and like the look / wanna overclock the ram then Dominator Platinum
