5820k overclocking question

Would the NHD-14-2011 edition cool the 5820k enough to get a 4Ghz OC and beyond.

My 5820k with a NH-U14S reaches 4.6 Ghz on 1.3v. I tried a 47 multiplier but it wouldn't post and I don't care enough about OC to raise the voltage higher. So odds are your CPU will fail to post before it reaches the thermal limit.

Btw all the tests show U14S benches within 1-3C of the Dual tower versions so I'd recommend it instead because it's cheaper and only requires 1 fan (less noise). Plus i even heard Linus mention using it in one of his videos.

Thanks but it's only £2 cheaper than the 14. Although I might end up getting it if it gives better clearance for memory. I will see when I come to making the upgrade.
