[?] Best Budget 1080p, IPS Monitor, 21.5" [~100 USD]

kungpaogao

Do you guys have any suggestions?

Purpose: I'm mainly going to use it for standard usage such as web-browsing, document-editing, etc. Also, I will use it for some light gaming and photo-editing and video viewing. Point is: the refresh rates don't have to be that high, but the monitor has to be 1080p, have sharp/accurate/vibrant colors, and have HDMI/VGA ports. Also, I'm looking for a 21.5" monitor!

Budget: Around 100 USD: the cheaper, the better. Max price: 130 USD (as long as it meets the requirements above)

That's basically it! Thanks in advance!

Heck! A 1080p IPS monitor for $100. You may need to up your budget by at least $30 - $50.

Well, with that kind of budget, I think it'd be 21.5". ;)

It is kind of hard finding such a monitor for $100. What would be your absolute max budget?
