I was looking for the best manufacturer  for the gtx 970 Either ASUS Strix, MSI, or Gigabyte. I called ASUS because of the Video I saw on Crysis 3 Ultra Settings with TXAA,this is the link:

But then Again, The MSI Gaming Edition is Running at 35-50 fps with MSAAx8 Ultra settings on stock 1140 to boost 1279mhz.

 

there is one more of the MSI but this one is overclocked to 1554Mhz, 

 

And the Gigabyte version 1080p with TXAA Very High Settings

 

So which one should I pick ?

Gigabytes is probably the more powerful of the three, though they are all really the same GPU, just with different clock speeds and coolers.

 

I personally prefer EVGA ACX coolers due to the clean dark look :P

they don't differ a lot in performance, just in noise level, looks and cooling. Imma go with the G1 Gaming soon.

EVGA is, in my opinion, the best 970

Because you are looking at different reviews and maybe they used slightly different settings. Always use the same website. Guru3d or anand compare brands pretty good

Whats the maximum overclock ?

Try looking on the evga website for that

By ACX 2.0 do you mean the Superclocked, FTW, or SSC or just the ACX 2.0 plain

a gtx 970 is a gtx 970, pick the one you like the looks/branding and price the most...they all perform the same for the same clockspeed...the gigabyte g1 gaming is ''on steroid'' therefore it will probably overclock a little better but the tripple fan is louder and the card is a full foot long...all the other dual fan cards are pretty much the same wheter its msi, asus, zotac or evga it wont really change anything.
