I'm gonna buy:

RAM: G.Skill F3-1600C11S-4GNT (4GB, DDR3-1600)
GraCa: Palit GeForce GTX 970 JetStream

It's going to be a Oculus Rift gaming PC.

Any suggestions or should I buy it like this?

OP already has the PSU. And 500W is fine for a single 970

I know but even tho the psu has all the connectors i don't know how it would perform at high loads.I usually get a higher psu just to have some extra wattage so the psu won't hit high loads.I had a very bad experience once i almost burned down the house and since then...well i am kinda affraid

Thanks guys. :)
Do I really need more than 4GB of RAM? Are there actually games that would use all the RAM under normal circumstances on highest 1080p settings?
