I just purchased a new hard drive. I installed windows and started to install drivers. My mouse was working then. I installed the usb 3.0 driver and then it asked me to restart so i did. When i got back on the mouse wouldnt work. I tried putting it into a usb 2.0 still didn't work. I works the bios.Please help

try a different mouse i have a weird problem when i start up my PC my steelseries Kinzu v2 does not work until u take it out and put an old mouse in its place then wait a few seconds then put it back in

If you installed this update KB2913431 use a ps/2 keyboard and mouse and uninstall it.Or try to go with the actual usb keyboard into safe mod and uninstall it.After that everything sound be fine
