PC is extremely slow after I turn off a game

nismo96

Hi googled my problem checked all over the topics here but didn't find anything so I decided to start a new topic.
When I play a game everything is fine when I'm watching videos or simply browse the web everything is fine too but when I turn off a game I need to wait about one minute until I can do something open browser or folder etc...
My PC is HP pavilion P6-2227er with I7 3770 Geforce gt 630 4gb ram 1tb hdd

Check ram usage maybe?

I'm guessing those 4 gigs of ram are working their ass full

Sidenote, I'm guessing that pc was advertised as "wow super gaming desktop with an i7" heh...

Do you know what temperature your cpu/gpu are running at? Just a guess, maybe you're parts are throttling from the load and your computer is slowing down.

My name is Sebastian, I relate to Linus

Probably something to do with your ram usage, you have such a small amount of it too :/

when idle my CPU is about 30-35 °C GPU is 45-50 °C when it's loaded the GPU gets to about 75-80 °C I don't know how hot the CPU gets because I haven't checked
