When packs of little giggling cultural parasites come bothering you for sweets, what is the best way to crush their disgustingly cheerful mood, yet not put them in a vengeful one?

Well, you will get the occasional kid with a parent like my aunt that takes the candy away at the end of the night and only lets them have like 1 piece, doesn't believe in vaccines, and only lets them watch educational television (you know, the kind of parent that will only drink coffee from star bucks... I could throw in more stereotypes by I think I've painted enough of a picture)
