Paypal is confusing me again, Can anyone explain this?

Tro

I added funds to my Steam account, to do that my paypal had to grab some money from my main bank account (this was planned)

Now, It says it happened yesterday at 19:50, which is 7:50PM.

Also it says "completed".

But, it didn't take any money from the linked bank account.

Question is:

Did paypal derp? Do i have free money? (i doubt this)

Or does it take a while for paypal to grab some money from my bank account, ALTHOUGH it says "Instant Transfer"

I did already use the money on Steam.

Can anyone explain this? I still have these 10 euros on my bank account.

Thanks in advance.

(I think i properly censored important stuff, maybe i censored stuff that wasn't necessary but better safe than sorry :) )

This is most likely whatever you use to check your balance being not accurate. shift+refresh

related: ebay invoicing me $11 for some reason, just automatically.

I don't have access to my own bank account, that's why i use paypal to take money off of it anyways (my mom is okay with this)

My mom checked, she did refresh and there were no recent transactions.

Back before I had a credit card and I used to use the Instant Payment from Bank account option it usually took anywhere from 2-4 days before it actually withdrew the money from my bank account (Even though I always got the steam games instantly).
