Yeah, very easy to put your rig in and has some very neat features.  It has received some excellent reviews.  I haven't finished building yet, due to time constraints.

No point in getting RGB ones if you're just going to use white.

I use these. They have a plastic coating which spreads the light rather than having a focused light, which is nice http://www.scan.co.uk/products/phobya-flexlight-smd-leds-30x-2mm-smd-leds-white-60cm-long-with-connection-cable

These look good.  Do they have two molex connectors or just the one?  Also how bright are they?

They have one molex male and a female, so it can act as a passthrough. They're pretty bright. One strip is enough to light the entire case.

If you don't mind me asking, could you post a picture of your rig?  To see what they look like.  Thanks.

Just a quick picture with my phone. They look blue here, but they're definitely white, still gives you an idea of how bright they are. They're positioned infront of the top radiator.

Wait for the holidays and just get christmas lights.

I cannot be held responsible for any bad advice given.

I've no idea why the world is afraid of 3D-printed guns when clearly 3D-printed crossbows would be more practical for now.

My rig: The StealthRay. Plans for a newer, better version of its mufflers are already being made.

did you have any trouble with the double sided sticky tape?  Did it come off at any point?

The tape that comes on LEDs is 3M i'm assuming. So it will not come off easy.

If you want sata buy one of these, chop off the molex end, and solder black to negative and yellow to positive on your strips: http://www.walmart.com/ip/StarTech-6-SATA-to-LP4-Power-Cable-Adapter-F-M/15862715?action=product_interest&action_type=title&placement_id=irs_top&strategy=PWVAV&visitor_id=JqdpWuAbtxJGWkwm4ehkoE&category=&client_guid=6a83a1d1-661f-49b1-88c6-e3d38c07999b&customer_id_enc=&config_id=2&parent_item_id=21777487&guid=3f9c9025-6769-4c4d-98ee-eccbc7d8d999&bucket_id=irsbucketdefault&beacon_version=1.0.0&findingMethod=p13n

Just make sure to cap the other black and the red wire.

I'm also still not convinced there is a difference in LED strips other than the LED being used (5050 vs 3528, number of LEDs per meter, etc). I personally think nearly all of them come out of the same factory and then get different price tags thrown on them... I've bought $70 5m strips and $10 5m strips, name brand and off brand... most all of them have the exact same PCB markings on the strips. The only LED strips that I would pay more than $5 per meter for would be the individually addressable WS2812's.

The tape that comes on LEDs is 3M i'm assuming. So it will not come off easy.

Every strip I've ever bought was labeled as 3M, but I don't think any of it was actually 3M tape... I've bought expensive LED strip and cheap LED strips, they all fall down after a year or so (never put them in a computer case though, maybe they hold up better in there). So far the best solution I've found to mount them is either the "professional" grade hot glue, or the aluminum track with a diffuser cover.
