jazzy348

Hi,

So... one of my LEDs have died already. How would I fix it, or replace it, or what?

Thanks in advance.

Try contacting Corsair. Their support is normally quite spot on and it will require you sending in your keyboard and usually within 2-3 weeks, you should have a brand new one.

Shipping costs may a bit high though, so you may want to bring that up with Corsair and they will usually send you a prepaid shipping label to cover that.

I hope this helps! :)

I know there was some problems with the keys around / . ,.  Make sure you are on the latest firmware.

Thanks for all the replies, I will see if there is a firmware update as I did have some issues updating it the first time I plugged it in. It said it was updated, but that a new update was available which was the same update I just performed. After that, it stopped telling me there was an update.

Update: A firmware update fixed it! I reinstalled the software which prompted a firmware update. Thanks for your help!
