It may be a bit overkill, but a evga g2 750w is so good that it is worth it! (especially if you are gonna go sli in the future)

650w or 750w, make sure you have enough pci-e cables for dual 8pins on both cards (if you're going for SLI GTX 980's in the future) + can the psu deliver enough power across the 12v rail/multi-rail.
