PS Plus and PS games

PS games are almost 50% higher in my country than games in the US. I would like to know can I for example give someone on this forum 10$ to buy me PS Plus card or like 60$ for a game so I can reedem it on my US acc? And would I be able to play multiplayer because I am in Europe?

If you have a US account and a game that have been bought on that account, it will work and you will be able to play online IF! You use that account to play that game.
