How to make a program like Systeminfo.

I would like to make a program myself that shows my system specs.

 

Wich language should i code in and how to begin?

Java is quite good for this I think, start by opening Minecraft Launcher and see what it says.

Use C#, if you are using Windows

 

Probably something in the System.Management library will be able to do it.

Depends on the language, I believe C# will be able to do this; Java may be able to if there is some form of API you can use to retrieve system info.
